At ManorLights, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your lighting arrives safely and securely. Because many of our lighting fixtures are large, delicate, and made with materials such as glass, crystal, marble, and natural stone, shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and what to do if your order arrives damaged.
1. Where We Ship
ManorLights currently ships to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently ship to:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO addresses
International destinations
Certain remote or restricted delivery areas
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Most in-stock products are processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Some products may require additional preparation, quality inspection, or special handling before shipment.
For products that are made to order, customized, or require extended preparation, the estimated processing time will be stated on the product page or communicated to you after your order is placed.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
During major holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than the standard timeframe.
3. Shipping Time
